Beehive Dental was founded by Mindy Atkinson, RDH, a licensed dental hygienist with more than 25 years of experience, including extensive work in mobile and facility-based care across the Wasatch Front.

Beehive is a local family business built to make dental care easier for communities, residents, patients, and families. Our care is provided through a collaborating-dentist model so people have a clear path forward when additional treatment is needed.

We believe oral healthcare should feel simpler, gentler, and more accessible for older adults. For many residents, the hardest part of dental care is not the appointment itself. It is the transportation, the disruption, the uncertainty, and the stress placed on families and staff.

Beehive Dental exists because this work is personal to us. Our family has lived the reality of memory care, assisted living, dementia, and the many small but important needs that can easily go unmet when life becomes more complicated.
